Management Skills in Changing Times

To provide managers with the core management skills to enable the organisation to continue its progressive move forward in times of change and uncertainty. This course will give the managers the skills and confidence to effectively manage their teams to produce organisational objectives in times of change. Change needs to be managed in a planned, intelligent and sensitive way by managers. Creative Facilitation Skills
